Steve is a distinguished real estate professional with more than 16 years of real estate experience. He is also the listing specialist, owner and team lead for Vantage Realty Professionals, a cutting-edge real estate group in Charlotte, North Carolina. In his role, Steve oversees a growing team of agents and staff, establishing the vision for Vantage Realty Professionals and taking the lead in client relations, development, and overall operations. He continues to build and maintain strong connections to the Charlotte community and help clients achieve their goals, whether it’s buying or selling a home.
Steve’s former position as an inside sales representative for a building supply distributor gave him years of experience in providing residential and commercial clients value-added solutions and superior customer service. Steve’s talent for developing strong relationships combined with his desire to be a part of a business that helps people achieve their goals, was a natural fit for the real estate field. Steve has consistently been a top-producing real estate agent since joining eXp Realty.
The high standards that Steve places on customer service, professionalism, and a results-driven practice, set the tone when it comes to the level of care his clients experience when entrusting him with buying or selling their homes. His ultimate goal is to become the highest-producing real estate team in Charlotte, built entirely on creating and maintaining client relationships based on trust and confidence.
Steve brings strong expertise in real estate finance and investments to the team, having sold over 1000 properties since 2007. His team is consistently in the top 5% of all real estate agents in the Charlotte Market. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Appalachian State University’s Walker College of Business.
When he is not assisting buyers and sellers and growing his team, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter Anna, playing soccer, boating on Lake Norman, hiking Crowder’s Mountain, and going to the park with the family’s dog Honey. Steve is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), President of the Charlotte Dove Club, and actively involved in the Myers Park Presbyterian Church.
