After earning her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Alabama, Morgan knew she wanted to return to the Charlotte area to build her life and put down roots in the community that had always felt like home. Before beginning her career in real estate, she spent several years managing large-scale enterprise implementation and infrastructure projects within the telecommunications industry. Through that experience, she developed strong skills in communication, organization, problem-solving, and client service—skills that now help her guide families and individuals through the home buying and selling process with confidence and care.
Morgan also plays an active role in supporting the work of Brock Recovery Group, a family-founded organization dedicated to advancing addiction recovery, mental health, and innovation through strategic philanthropy, research, and investment. That involvement has further strengthened her commitment to serving others, building meaningful relationships, and investing in the well-being of the communities she calls home.
Morgan understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction—it's a major life milestone and the beginning of a new chapter. She is passionate about helping her clients find not just the right house, but a place where memories will be made and traditions will grow for years to come. Her local knowledge, business background, and commitment to building lasting relationships allow her to provide a personalized experience centered around her clients' goals and needs.
When she isn't serving her clients, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling to new places, and making memories with family and friends. Her love for family, community, and connection is at the heart of everything she does, both personally and professionally.
